The nearly 700 square foot party room at Cryptid Mountain® Miniature Golf can accommodate 20 people with the potential for up to 30.

The rental fee for the private room is two hours for $200 during regular business hours (Thursday and Friday evenings) and $250 during non-business hours Saturdays and Sundays) with the option for additional time [$31.25 in 15 minute intervals]).​ Setup and Cleanup by the renter is to be done within those two hours, unless additional time is purchased.

Renters may choose to include a round of mini golf for guests ($8 per person)

Unlimited rounds of golf for 90 minutes for and additional *$150 (*up to the first 20 people and $8 per person after that- only available for reservations during non-business hours.

Current Options:
A. Non-Business Hours:
Saturdays and Sundays: 11:00am-1:00pm

B. Regular Business Hours (Groups ages 12+ only):
Thursdays and Fridays (6:00pm- 8:00pm)
*If you would like to add rounds of golf, your guests will be mixed in with the general public in groups of five or less.
*The 90 minutes of unlimited rounds of golf is not available with this option.

To rent ONLY the course during non-business hours, it is a minimum of 15 people (regular admission rate) plus an additional $125 private event fee. Other discounts do not apply.

To rent out the ENTIRE FACILITY (private room and course) during regular business hours, the price would be based on the average income to the business from the general public from the previous six months on that day.
Sample Party Room Rental Agreement
Rental Fee:
a. The rental fee for the party room at Cryptid Mountain® Miniature Golf is $250 for a two-hour minimum with the option for additional time at a rate of $31.25/15 minutes).
b. The rental fee includes a period for the Renter's exclusive use of the party room.
c. The Renter must allow time for preparation and cleanup within their rental time.
d. The rental deposit fee ($125) must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

Additional Options:
a. Additional Golf ($8 per person)-
1. The Renter has the option to purchase a round of miniature golf for guests for an additional $8 per person (maximum of five people per group). Children under 12 must be with a responsible adult.
2. During non-regular business hours, the renter may purchase unlimited rounds of golf for $150 for 90 minutes for the first 20 guests (an additional $8 per person will apply after the first 20).

If possible, the Renter should inform the Venue of the final total number of participants at least 48 hours prior to the rental date to secure space.
b. Room Set-up ($25)- The staff of CMMG will assist in the room set-up for your event (tables and chairs) per your requested layout. This does not include providing decorations.
Payment and Cancellation:
a. Payment shall be made by the Renter to the Venue via cash, credit card, or any other acceptable form of payment.
b. In the event of cancellation by the Renter 72 hours before the scheduled event, the Venue shall retain the booking fee.
c. In the event of cancellation by the Venue due to unforeseen circumstances, the Renter will not be charged.
Renter's Responsibilities:
a. The Renter shall be responsible for any damages caused to the party room or its contents (excluding normal wear and tear). A list of repairs and charges will be provided to the Renter.

An additional $25 cleaning fee will be charged if the space requires cleaning by the CMMG staff after your event. Cleaning supplies are provided by the Venue.
b. The Renter shall not bring any hazardous materials or illegal substances into the party room.
c. The Renter shall comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the Venue.
d. The Renter shall vacate the party room promptly at the end of the rental period. Time over the allotted rental time will be added at the rate of $31.25/15 additional minutes.
Venue's Responsibilities:
a. The Venue shall provide a clean and functional party room for the Renter's use.
b. The Venue shall ensure that the party room is accessible to the Renter during the agreed-upon access times.
c. The Venue shall maintain the party room and its facilities in a safe and secure manner.
Liability:
a. The Venue shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the rental period, unless caused by the Venue's negligence or willful misconduct.
b. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Venue harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Renter's use of the party room.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Monongalia County, West Virginia.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the rental of the party room and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
